Marchesa's Georgina Chapman might be known for her gorgeous, ultradecadent gowns, but come Fall, get ready to see the designer's sportier side. Georgina Chapman has teamed with the NFL to design a limited-edition collection of t-shirts for the league debuting at the New York Giants/Dallas Cowboys season opener game (sometime around Sept. 5). It's a definite departure from the tulle and sequin-embroidered confections we're used to seeing from Chapman, but with the industry's current obsession with sport chic designs, maybe it's not so random after all?
