Maria Sharapova takes the cover of Hamptons magazine this month and celebrated accordingly with a bash in NYC. For the soiree, Maria slipped into a red, laser-cut leather dress by Valentino (we want our own little red dress, stat!). Earlier in the day she launched her new candy line, Sugarpova, at Henri Bendel's and donned a cream sheath dress by David Koma with sparkly add-ons. Watch today's Fab Flash to hear more about the tennis-turned-style star's look! On Allison McNamara: H&M dress and necklace.View Transcript »
Maria Sharapova gets red hot in New York City. Hi Allison McNamara here, we've got Maria Sharapova's latest looks in today's Fab Flash. [musical interlude] Fresh off her Olympic silver medal win, Maria Sharapova is down in New York City to celebrate being a covergirl for Hinton's Magazine. Maria has consistently wow'd us with her fashion forward choices. This inspiring red dress from last night is no exception. She chose a red long sleeve, laser cut, leather dress from Valentino's fall 2012 collection. The high neck line and scalloped hem lend a feminine touch to her look. This dress fits her so well it makes me want to slip into my own little red dress. She accessorized with sparkly pointy toe pumps and a Tom Kroyer watch. For the hair she swept it back in a low bun and let two pieces frame her face in front. All around, we think she aced this look. Earlier in the day, she stepped out for her Sugarpova candy launch at Henri Bendel. For the daytime party. Maria selected a David Koma Fall 2012 chic dress, complete with a silver glittery collar and silver and blue chain link sequins down the front and sleeves. She styled her look with blue suede Sergio Rossio pumps that played off the blue in the print, and Henry Bendal jewelry. Her candy line at Henry Bendal has 12 types of sweets that reflect her Fun, fashionable and sweet style. Maria Sharapova continues to nail her off duty look, and hopefully we'll see this tennis star at fashion week. I'm Allison McNamara. See you next time on Fab Sugar TV.
