Marni Patent Leather Bag: Love It or Hate It?

The clothes and accessories from the designer label Marni are very hit or miss, often veering between truly unique and frighteningly weird. This Marni Patent Leather Clutch Bag, available for $1,269 here, is no exception. On the one hand, I think it's stunningly original in the way it combines shiny khaki leather, white piping, and a tortoise-shell chain strap. I particularly love the big, button-like clasp that dominates the front. But the purse is also pretty unorthodox in its look, so I'm wondering: Do you guys love it or hate it?
