Waist up yes yes yes and the rest no way.
She's stunning, the dress is dramatic and incredible exactly what you should be wearing to the costume gala. You can't see all the delicate details in the picutres. Nothing ever does her justice though, she glows in person.

Ugh, is the skirt attached with velcro? It feels like something a ballroom dancer would wear so they could stun the audience by ripping off the skirt to reveal a sexy little figure hugging number for the salsa section. Either that or something Katie rice would wear.

Beautiful, but I think it would even be more beautiful if the upper portion isn't that long... It makes her look disproportionately elongated
