Love it though I agree it makes her look a bit short....but the photos can be to blame for that too. I know people are mixed on the feathers but I think they work with her retro style beautifully.. 100% love this look.

This dress is just over the top enough for an event like this. Really helps her stand out and get noticed. The woman doesn't do anything that should get her invites to these things except look nice while there.
