The Met's Costume Institute Gala: Madonna

Madonna is never one to shy away from extreme fashion, and tonight she sealed the deal. The singer stepped onto the red carpet in a Louis Vuitton outfit that isn't so off-kilter — until you look on top of her head. That's the biggest scrunchie I've ever seen! A large cross necklace, fingerless gloves, and thigh-high boots are all part of the unique look. What do you think — can Madonna pull it off or has she gone too far?

I love it - she is bold, daring and fearless. Bannish the conservatives and the mainstream (like so many people who have posted their comments here!!). Why should she be forced to look like every other celeb. Bjork never got a spanking from the media for her bird outfit as bad as Madonna. Media love to hate her, cause they canyt keep up with her. Public love to hate her and defame her cause she does what she wants. We should have more Madonnas in the world. I aspire to be like this - she is legendary and a true icon. Unlkie Kylie, Britney, Jolie, and all the other wannabe celebs!
