The Met's Costume Institute Gala: Tilda Swinton

Oh, I'm so glad Tilda decided to wear some makeup to the Gala. Her lace Prada dress, though not the most flattering, is very her. I like that she brought in some color with her orange star brooch and matching bracelet. How do you feel about this look?

I don't get it. All the superhero gear she's been wearing on all the red carpets and she's pulling this outfit out for the costume gala. she so crazy.

I like it, but it would have been SO much better with different shoes. That buckle cuts her off. Should have been flesh-toned or something. The brooch saves the day. Also on the super hero theme.

the dress is very her and I like it, but I do't like the makeup. with the crazy dress and crazy hair, I think the makeup is too much...

Some quirky ensemble this, but suits her personality. But, what's with the eyes and the hair.. looks like her hairdresser made a chignon, sprayed it liberally with hairspray, then chopped it off! Check out the shoes too, they are green, why?
