p.s. your comment "displaying her best attributes" is NOT what such a renowned event is all about. Like I asked before, is she attempting to be the talk of the event or the event itself? you're right about her being a well formed woman, but elegant? not! she always looks a bit out of place in some of the evening wear she chooses.

one day she's in a walmart special and the next a v wang. that's ridiculous as a first lady. who is she trying to kid? a strapless gown is a bit over the top for a first lady, but then, you must be younger than I. my generation has tried to keep a more modest style representing the white house, but with a lot of other things going on america these days, our influence is dwindling. it's a shame. strapless today, what tomorrow when you're my age? doesn't it make you wonder at all? if limits aren't set, america's younger generation looses because there is no guideline in place. give an inch and a mile is taken....
