The lovely Mila Kunis went a lot more dramatic than we're accustomed to seeing her on the red carpet in a strapless, belted, crimson Alexander McQueen gown. It's a slightly bloody look, but the color combination is spectacular. She complemented her dramatic dress with soft, undone ringlets, navy-ringed eyes, and a baby doll pink lipstick.
