Miley Cyrus turned it out in a black, plunge-front Emilio Pucci gown, spiked drop earrings, and a shiny, crystal-encrusted Edie Parker clutch. While the gown certainly called attention to her decolletage, it was the strategically placed sheer panel cutouts along the long sleeves and the length of the bodice that invoked a thoroughly sexy-meets-gothic vibe.
