Staying true to her bohemian style, Margherita Missoni got married to her Italian race car driver beau, Eugenio Amos, over the weekend in a charming small town in Italy. The wedding was held on a farm and included high-profile guests like Carine Roitfeld and Mario Testino (see a photo of the cute picnic-style "table" settings here). The bride wore a gorgeous silk floral-embellished organza Missoni gown — her good friend Giambattista Valli also helped design the gown — paired with a silver tiara and metallic gladiator flats. From the dramatic oversized sleeves to the intricate floral detailing, Margherita looked utterly flawless. Click the slideshow for more photos of Margherita in her wedding dress.

Missoni is teaming up with the famed sandal brand Havaianas to put a fresh spin on our flip flops for the second year in a row. Ashlee Simpson stepped out to show her support for both Missoni and Havaianas, and we had a chance to talk with her about her Summer style, how she styles her sandals, and how being a mom has given her a more relaxed approach to fashion. Watch today's Fab Flash to hear more from Ashlee.

>> Spring footwear season has officially arrived. Over the weekend, Missoni released its new collaboration with Converse, adding its signature pattern to the shoe brand's classic Chuck Taylor sneaker.
The shoes come in three colorways: white, pale green, and navy blue. The green and white women's styles hint at the traditional Missoni chevron, while the blue unisex version features a haphazard woven effect. All three styles retail for $200, and will be sold in limited editions at Jeffrey, Fred Segal, and Aloha Rag — as well as on the Converse website.
This isn't the first time Missoni has partnered with Converse; the two brands worked on a line of colorful, striped high-tops last Spring. This year's offering, in the gallery.
We're big fans of Missoni, so the idea of living in a luxury high-rise apartment that's been designed by MissoniHome is certainly tempting us to catch a flight and take a tour. As the first residential building in the world whose interiors will be branded by MissoniHome, the 52-story Acqua Livingstone in Manila is certainly a design-forward project. It's actually the fourth of six condominium towers under construction as part of the Acqua Private Residences — $315.9 million building project.
The only other way to enjoy this type of Missoni-branded interiors is by visiting the Missoni-branded hotels in Edinburgh and Kuwait. Keep clicking to take a look at some artist illustrations of the project. Maybe you'll be inspired to make a move to Manila, too!
For Missoni's Fall 2012 collection, designer Angela Missoni was inspired by a mix of urban influences and an immersion in nature and landscape. According to show notes, the woman of Fall '12 is a "heroine in a concrete jungle," and conceives fashion as an "evocative adventurous fantasy" while maintaining a strong-willed, sophisticated yet sensitive vibe. The collection was, of course, loaded with Missoni's signature knits, but this time in a more subtle, less cognizant way — the zigzag print was evident in supertight trousers and knee-length tank dresses, but soon gave way to plaid wool and alternating geometric and amorphous patterns. This urban warrior woman was protected by elbow-length leather gloves, latex corsets, shiny metallic embellishments, as well as chunky, thin-tipped heels and boots, and carried chic square-shaped bags with chain straps and wood grain detailing. Overall, the Missoni girl is more than prepared to battle the elements of the concrete jungle come Fall.
- Trends: Fur accents, shoulder wraps, print mixing, long hemlines.
- Colors: Red, rust, gray, blue, moss green, brown.
- Key Piece: The sheer lace dress with brocade cape; the gold-encrusted party dress with black veil.
- Accessories: Elbow-length leather gloves, thin waist belts, fur hats, thin-tipped boots and heels, geometric gold brooches.
- Who Would Wear It: Leighton Meester, Olivia Palermo, and of course, Margherita Missoni.
>> Angela Missoni mixed '70s-era earthiness with sleek urbanity for Fall 2012. Missoni's textural knits came in a palette of burnt orange, rusty red, and harvest yellow for a bit of autumnal rusticity, while slim silhouettes — pencil skirts, body-con dresses — and leather and fur accessories kept everything looking evaluated and superchic. "Like a heroine in a concrete jungle," the show notes explained.
Rachel Zoe shopped around Beverly Hills in a monochromatic look — black v-neck shirt, leggings, and over-the-knee suede booties. Her basic black ensemble served as the perfect canvas for her oversize Missoni cardigan. Rachel topped off her shopping style with raven-hued accents — a felt hat and round sunglasses — but our favorite accessory was her adorable son, Skyler.
