NAACP Image Awards: Beyonce

Check out Beyonce singing her heart out at tonight's NAACP Image Awards. Her onstage ensemble is a strapless white gown with delicate beading and a black band across the chest. Oh, and ginormous earrings! Is this a good performance look or does it fall flat?

I picked love it because for Beyonce, this is one of the good style choices. Her hair is looking good here too - I don't like when she goes overly blonde because it does not suit her skin tone.

I'm not sure. I like the dress, but there's something about it that just isn't quite right. Maybe it's her hair. It looks so flat on top. I probably would have preferred black shoes too.

I like the dress, I just think the photographs arent the most flattering. I do like the delicate gold beading against the white, and the black band makes takes away from it looking too subtle.
