It's not often that we get to see celebrities on the runway, but for the Heart Truth's Collection show, Dita Von Teese, Camila Alves, Cat Deeley, and more of our faves took to the catwalk for a good cause. Featuring gorgeous gowns from Zac Posen, Alberta Ferretti, Monique Lhuillier, and more, the runway was a sea of glamorous red in an effort to raise awareness for women and heart disease.
