Next Up At Target: Libertine

Everyone meet one of my newest blogosphere friends: Fashionista. Thanks to their fashion prowess, here is the newest line for Target, designed by British duo Libertine. A mix of prep and Victorian, which is their mainstay, the collection is more mass market with colorful and wearable cheeky separates - at wallet friendly prices. Due in stores in August, I know I'll be knocking on those bullseye doors!

I haven't gone to see the rest of the collection yet but so far from these outfits I don't like what I see sadly, maybe once I see the other pieces of the collection I'll change my mind.

target has some great finds...i especially love mixing target pieces with higher end pieces...ppl never know!

love target....really like the proenza scholer line..(probably spelled it wrong...) not sure i'm crazy that about this line...except the red skirt with cardigan and purple top...where is the link for patrick robinson??

I went to that Patrick robinson link and that stuff actually looks decent. It looks sophisticated and not put together by a 5-year-old who just really likes colors but doesn't understand how they go together (Proenza Schouler!!!)

yeah...august is a LONG time from now! proenza schouler can't possibly sit on the floor for that long, plus a lot of the collection is gone from target stores. i went to TONS of targets in my area to find that blue bustier but NONE had them. Usually Target has a new designer every month or so.

For some reason I haven't been all that impressed by these designer things. I go in expecting something really snazzy and it's all just...weird...It all makes me look like I'm 15. The rest of Target's clothes are fab, but I just can't get into the designer stuff.
