Nicky Hilton graced the red carpet at the MTV Movie Awards in a gray jacquard minidress by Marco Marco. She accessorized the flirty look with black pointed-toe pumps and a sequin clutch, which she then paired with a simple diamond collar necklace and a statement-making onyx cocktail ring.
