Nine West Commits to Designer Collaborations With Sophie Theallet and Giles Deacon

Nine West, in a strategy called Shoelaberations, is committed to designer collaborations to keep its brand fresh — and by our guess, irresistible. In an article in WWD, Nine West announced that Brooklyn-based designer, CFDA award-winner, and French expat Sophie Theallet will debut a capsule collection of shoes and accessories for Spring 2011. What's more, new Ungaro designer Giles Deacon is working on a collection for Fall 2011. Yippee! Here's a sneak peek at two of Theallet's pieces.
