Noir 'Presta' Top: Love It or Hate It?

I'm curious: it this a blouse or just a really creative way to reuse a bright red plastic picnic tablecloth? Gruaig_rua posted this Noir 'Presta' Top, approximately $458, in the Love It or Hate It? group for all of us to judge.

It's a tad too see-through and flamboyant for me. But, I bet I'd appreciate it if I got caught in a downpour! If it weren't made of that plastic-y material, and if it weren't so bright, I wouldn't mind as much. Do you dislike it as much as I do?
