Kim Kardashian is suing Old Navy for featuring a look-alike model, Melissa Molinaro, in their ad campaign. "Were (sic) still talking about this?!," tweeted Molinaro. "Some people have too much time on (their) hands." Kardashian's lawyer stated that consumers may be confused by Old Navy's ads and Kim's own businesses, which include her DASH boutiques and shoe line, ShoeDazzle. Gap, Old Navy's parent company, had no comment regarding the lawsuit. Take a look at Old Navy's commercial, "Super C-U-T-E," and tell us your thoughts.

(Un)Guilty Pleasure of the Day: A Cool Woven Tote For $20

For Summer, our bags take a cue from the rest of our wardrobe — they're lighter, less buttoned-up and overall, less high-maintenance.

For Summer, our bags take a cue from the rest of our wardrobe — they're lighter, less buttoned-up and overall, less high-maintenance. Instead of structure, we want bright color, patterns, and slouchy styles that could accompany us to lunch and the beach. When we spied this tribal-print satchel ($20), we snatched it up. It fits all our requirements — and at $20, we won't fret if it picks up some sand at one of the season's beach BBQs.

Shopping the Oscars' Red Carpet Trends: Subtle Sparklers

One of the biggest trends of the Oscars' red carpet was the lovely march of ethereal sparkle via nude or blush gowns.

One of the biggest trends of the Oscars' red carpet was the lovely march of ethereal sparkle via nude or blush gowns. Halle Berry shone in Marchesa, Mandy Moore glowed in Monique Lhuillier, and a bevy of stars proved that a little sparkle is a big way to shine. It's a refreshingly easy trend to work into your wardrobe: try a sparkly J.Crew skirt ($350) with a nude tank, or just do a little glitter for work with a cream cardigan ($29). Click items to buy.

Since most of us are still loving our leather leggings, I thought Nicky Hilton's LA look might just be the perfect lesson in styling them up for a new year. While I love the rocker vibe of liquid leather, I'm even more smitten with the way it pairs against Nicky's preppy oxford button-down ($20, originally $25) — an unexpected combo that marries perfectly for a fresh take on the legwear we love.
