I love the thrill of a good bargain, especially when I dig up a more affordable version of the YSL Pumps that were part of my October Most Wanted! The chunky wooden heel on these Aldo Friliby Pumps, $80 (originally $100), makes me swoon all over again.

I have the YSL pair and they are amazing. These would for a career look, but they are not made like the YSL.

OOOO! These shoes are pretty cute, but I'd have to see them in person. My luck in SF is that they sold out of size 5 already. Damn people with small feet who get the shoes I want before me!

I love Aldo! But... I hate this new chunky heel trend. I'm tired of picking up adorable shoes only to turn them around and see a huge ugly stump on the back. Boo!
