This is the absolute worst shopping experience I have ever had. I purchased two items from Tulle, one did not fit. You have to use there return service and now 15 days later, I still have not received my store credit. There is no phone number and when you email them, you just receive a "canned" response stating that returns take 10 to 14 days to process. I officially hate this store and nothing in it is so cute that I would want to deal with this frustrating return/exchange ordeal again. I guess this is why I don't buy clothes online. I cannot recommend a store with no phone number.

There are some cute jackets on there but with summer approaching why bother? The rest of the clothes has too much of a matronly and Leave it to Beaver vibe too it. No thanks.
