I have tried this dress on, well, the bridal version anyway, and it is fabulous!!

This is my wedding dress, so I love it! (although mine doesn't gape open at the sides- highly inappropriate otherwise!)

I really think the dress is kind of ugly. But she totally pulls it off and looks great in it...if it was on anyone else I think I would've voted hate it, but she rocks it!

I LOVE this dress. The merald beading/crystals are beautiful. And is it just the lighting or does the nude underlay have an ombre fade at the bottom??

And I don't think it would have been Oscar-appropriate either, but since it's just the afterparty I think it's perfectly occasion-appropriate. Any flashier and she would have been showing up the people who were actually going to the ceremony.
