Oscars Red Carpet: Kate Winslet

Kate Winslet is looking as lovely and classy as ever in this mint green one shoulder dress by Valentino. I think she looks pretty, but a little boring for the Oscars. What do you guys think?

I love the dress but I'd like it better in another color. She would look great in a bright blue.

Why does she keep chosing these pale colors that wash her out when she looks so fantastic in bright colors that really pop?! It's almost like she's changed the color of her hair color so many times that she can't remember what actually looks good on her anymore! At least her make-up is better than at the Globes.

Mint is hard to pull off, but she looks gorgeous. Yes, she would have looked better if it had been another color, but I liked that she wasn't afraid to be different. I love the cut.

I think she looks gorgeous and appropriate for this type of event. It is a little plain, but at least it fits well and isn't ugly! _________________________ Cheese It!!

The one thing that would have made this work, IMO, is red lipstick. Then everything would have popped.

Love the shape and style of the dress. The color isn't as flattering as it could be, but she gets points for the makeup, which compliments the dress nicely.
