Oscars Red Carpet: Maggie Gyllenhaal

Maggie Gyllenhaal looks fab post baby. Her one shoulder gown by Proenza Schouler frames her face and flatters her newly svelte figure. I am loving the black and blue combo, but what is in her hair? As one of the first ladies to hit the red carpet, I think we are in for a great night! What do you all think?

I really like the way it looks on her, but there's something about the shiney feathers on the bottom that I sort of hate. It's by far the most traditional gown I've ever seen Maggie in, though.

She looks really, really beautiful tonight. This picture doesn't really show her eyes .. she is luminous. I am putting her in my Top 5 this evening.

I think this dress makes her look a little saggy in the chest. If it was just two or three inches higher, it'd be truly beautiful.

As I've said before, ohmigod please rethink the silk satin below the waist ladies! It wrinkles and it highlights every flaw, including some you don't even have!

I think her makeup is gorgeous, but I agree, the dress doesn't fit her like it should, but she looks great for just having a baby!

I voted love it, but "like it 6.5/10" is more like it. She is glowing and beautiful, but the blue and black combo is a little severe. Love the feathers!

i like the dress, just not on her. she has lost a lot of weight since her baby but that girl needs a girdle! i think she should have gone for an empire waisted dress instead. and i also don't like the red lipstick on her, it emphasizes her rather awkward, small lips.

She's very beautiful, but I'm not diggin' the lipstick or the dress, overall she looks awkward and severe.
