I don't like Miley at all, so I tried very hard to hate this dress, but I just can't. I think its sooo pretty. I agree that it is a bit overpowering on her, but wow. And I adore the belt. This was my favourite dress of the night actually.

I love it, which is surprising because I HATE TIERS. but I love it because the glitter makes it look more elegant and the tiers look like petals - I think it's absolutely gorgeous...

So what? She had direct involvement in a key part of a nominated movie - whether you think it had a chance or not. She has a good reason to be there whether it won or not and whether or not she goes on stage, not everyone there is there in case they get called on stage.Look at all the models there - it is an event for famous people, no one asks why Heidi Klum is there, I personally think people are a little jealous of young, hot celebrities.
