Oscars Red Carpet: Penelope Cruz

Yet another black, but stunning, gown on the red carpet tonight. Penelope's custom strapless Chanel mermaid gown with feathers has so many facets, it makes me want to stare for hours. What's your verdict?

I'm not usually the biggest Penelope fan, but I think this is the best look of the night. It all works--the hair, the make-up, the dress... I love it!!

She looks good, but I think she has a bad habit of choosing dresses that she just drowns in. SHE should wear the dress, the dress shouldn't wear her...:)

This look is not doing it for me, she is stunning and I usually look forward to seeing what she wears on the red carpet, but this was a complete disappointment
