Absolutely fabulous. Reese and Nicole are my favorites tonight. The color of this dress is beautiful especially as it changes tone from top to bottom. And I love her makeup and lowlights in her hair. Perfection. Way better than last year.

once again, a bang-up job reese! nice to see she can rock a long gown too, not just a cute knee-length cocktail!

It so pains me to say this, because I do so love Reese Witherspoon, but she is not looking so great tonight. The first thing I thought when I saw that hair was "Oh my god, she's channeling Anna Nicole". I just don't love this, and it's so disappointing. She usually looks so fabulous.

How can anyone hate this? Tell us what you don't like about it.

I don't care for bangs too much and in the first picture she looks forlorn. No matter how great the hair or the dress, you can really tell what is going on underneath. I really like her though.

I like her as an actress, I really do, and usually I like her dresses too.. but something about her weight loss..I just don't like how she looks as much as I used to..nothing looks right with her being that skinny!

ehhh.... i think it's the hair, which is totally not working for me. she looks too "hard" with that bang style. i understand wanting to shed a past life or grow up, but ehhhh. not flattering.

daiseechain, I'll take a stab at it. But I can already tell that you and I have different taste because I thought she looked fabulous in her Oscar dress when she won. I don't like the long, straight hair. It looks too casual. Maybe if she had loosely pulled it up, it would make the dress look better, but I feel like the long hair and the long dress just bring her down. But even though I'm not crazy about this look, I adore Reese. Adore!

Yow-za! I wasn't expecting this. She is truly bringing beauty back tonight. She is elegant and sexy at the same time. Her hair looks fantastic, whoever did her make-up .. kudos ... and she hits it right every time with her wardrobe choices. Reece. In a word: Fierce.

Love the bangs and eye make-up. Almost gives a young, hip, rocker look. The only I don't like is the excess materail at the bottom of the dress. It hides her great legs too much
