41This is how a strapless gown should be worn! I'm tired of seeing skinny girls with literally no chest wearing them all of the time. If you've got a bustline, then flaunt it! Fyi, just because I'm not crazy about skinny girls wearing a strapless gown, that doesn't mean I want them to stop wearing them. They can wear them too!
Personally, I love how she contrasted with the belt. She pulled it off better than Miley did.
