Vanessa Hudgens walked the red carpet wearing a mermaid cut, black tulle gown by Marchesa. I just saw this dress in New York! Check out how the floral embellishments add dimension to her sophisticated gown. Long, teardrop earrings, a blinging ring, and Jimmy Choo shoes and clutch complete her look. wow! I have to admit, as much as I can't stand this little girl, she is and looks absolutely stunning. I personally love the dress, despite the fact that I usually hate mermaid gowns, and I am really surprised that so many people didn't. the color looks gorgeous on her, and the simplicity of the neckline is perfect with the drama of the rest of the gown. I love how the sparkly black looks so elegant and sophisticated, and yet the bottom, the flowers, and the tulle are fun and spunky. I absolutely love it, and I actually think it is perfectly age-appropriate for her and the event (it is the Oscars after all). plus, her hair and makeup are absolutely perfect...
