On Our Radar: Cri de Coeur Shoes

After years of earning a bad rap, vegan shoes are experiencing a mini-boom of Fabification.
First, Natalie Portman created a capsule collection of vegan-friendly patent heels. Now, Gina Ferraraccio has launched Cri de Coeur for Spring, trying her hand at cute vegan shoes — think Stella McCartney, but more affordable.
The shoes come in modern shapes like peep toe flat, ankle boot, or gladiator wedge, and stick to the animal-friendly materials: suede microfiber, canvas, chambray, and rubber composite. Additionally, Gina has partnered with The Carbon Fund, vowing to plant a tree for each pair of shoes sold. Animal-friendly, earth-friendly, cute shoes: check, check, and check!
Cri de Coeur is available at Ravinstyle.com and runs $120-$250.
