Over the Anya Hindmarch "I'm Not a Plastic Bag" Tote, but not over the PC notion of using a canvas tote to carry groceries? The "Jacobs by Marc Jacobs for Marc by Marc Jacobs" canvas tote is a very stylish and viable option at only $12! Plus, it has a sense of irony: Marc pokes fun at himself and all the other designers who plaster their names all over everything. That's my boy.

Haha! I like his sense of humor, and that it makes this bag come across as less pretentious than the the Hindmarch bag.

this bag was given out during ny fashion week & it came with the heart shaped mirror and a lipstick pen. i have it and have been using it since april. i use it for school and everyone always ask me where to get it. i think it was in WWD or DNR that mentioned JACOBS will be a new diffusion line of MARC which was a diffusion line of MARC JACOBS. so it's supposed to be cheaper than MARC.

i bought this in the marc by marc jacobs store a couple of weeks ago. it's definitely ocme in handy when i go to the farmer's market or bringing things in to work for the week (i.e. carton of soy milk).
