Many have a love/hate relationship with stylist Rachel Zoe; but whether or not you approve of her talents, you can't deny her great influence in the celebrity style world. Whether Zoe is more influential than Anna Wintour is questionable.

It's funny cause when I read this I totally agreed, and when I thought about it, I have all of those! 3.5 inch black patent pointy toe pumps, not quite a riding boot but a black suede knee high slouchy boot with a pointy toe and 4 inch heel, a red patent peep-toe mini stacked wedge, a few pairs of cute flats including one that's bronze metallic/sparkly, and leopard print flats! :D I got it covered!

hmm.. they are all expensive......i do like the red shoes tho, very much. but seriously, why didnt she put sum chunky strappy sandals? i know theyre for summer but..

i have 4 of the 5 shoe types she mentioned ...i don't wear flats so that's out for me. And I'd like to add that I'm not a Zoe fan.

I have four of the five must have shoes. I don't have the riding boots. I do have a few high heeled boots though.

I have four of the five types of must-have shoes. The only thing I'm missing is a stunning red shoe which I've been on the look out for since forever.

I have three of the five must have shoes! (Not those actual shoes or brands, but the styles). I agree that those types of shoes are must-haves. Everyone should have a pair of fabulous red high heels, a pair of riding boots (because they are comfy AND classic), a pair of fabulous flats (I have a pair of Cole Haan flats that look so chic). I'm about to buy a pair of very fun pony-hair Jimmy Choo leopard print pumps - so it looks like I still need to work on those patents! ;) Point being - these are good basics to have.

Well I dunno, I (on average) pay $100-$200 for a pair of shoes...so I don't think that price is THAT out there...

She's a great stylist and I've been able to read bits of her new book online but I either love or hate or advice, there really is no in between with her style.
