On Our Radar: Rent Karl Lagerfeld's Idol Tote at Avelle

There's not a lot of bags I would rent, but I'm making an exception for this Karl Lagerfeld Limited-Edition 'Idol' Metal Mesh Tote and Convertible Clutch ($51 per week for members; $57 for nonmembers) that Angela Lindvall carried on the catwalk. How intoxicating would you be walking into a party with it on your arm? It's like having Karl as your date minus the intimidation. There's tons more gorgeousness in the designer boutique so be sure to bag it.

Definitely a conversation piece. I love how the handle cutout acts as Karl's glasses - fun!

Question: HOW COULD YOU HATE THIS?!?! I would seriously kill for this bag. It costs an arm and a leg to own, but seriously... I worship Karl. He is Jesus in the world of the fashion religion. They have it available at Colette too. The price just kills me though.
