While we admire these celebs for their style risks and daring ensembles, 2011 was certainly filled with more than a few, well, totally outrageous looks. Rihanna showed off her penchant for burlesque-inspired costumes on stage and off. Katy Perry donned a pink bob, block-shaped hats, Smurf-inspired dresses, and cherry-blossom-themed getups. Lady Gaga rocked a dozen different styles this year that included sky-high McQueen platforms, neon turquoise hair, and facial prosthetics. Last but not least, Nicki Minaj erred on the side of all things colorful, pink, and zany. From blue-tinged beehives to floral bustiers, nothing was off limits for the hip-hop singer.
