n. Tear drop design on fabric or other material. The name comes from a town located in the west central lowlands of Scotland. I love paisley print. But I have yet to buy a nice dress like that one in the picture.. BTW: Paisley is also the hometown of Paolo Nutini, whose CD These Streets I listen to all the time. If you don't know him, check him out, he not only has an amazing voice, but is extremely cute, too.

some brands go crazy with their paisley... if i was to get a paisley dress, i would find one with 1 or 2 complimaenting colors...

Not normally a fan of paisley especially in a dress form, BUT I happen to think this is exceptionally darling. The only thing different that I would change is bringing the hem-line down about an inch or 2 more.
