Paperbag Pants
Inspired by FabSugar Community: Paperbag Your Oversize Bottoms!
I was reading FabSugar Community member JoyofShopping's post on OnSugar blog Beauty and the Budget, when I realized that she and I share a genius styling idea. She wrote: "I bought this skirt from a local thrift shop; I couldn't get over that thick, velvety corduroy! It's about 4 sizes too big for me, so I took this as an opportunity to play around with a paper bag waist." Smart. I've done the same with a black skirt I own that's two sizes too large. You can paperbag oversize jeans and trousers as well. It's a quick way to snazzy-up your style, plus it'll make the fit of your garment more flattering to your body.
