Like her sister Nicky, Paris Hilton opted for a lighter color palette via an ivory lace minidress and matching satin pumps for the KCA's. The sunnies on the orange carpet were a fun touch, and when we zoomed-in on her face, we spied dark eyeliner, brown eyeshadow, and a neutral lip gloss.
