Penelope looks super chic in a black beaded cocktail dress by L'Wren Scott and satin peep toes. The Nine star looks nice, but it's a little safe for her. What's your verdict?

I'd think that she looked amazing anyway, but taking into account that the woman gave birth less than a month ago, I think she look fabulous. I like everything about this look!

Anon #6 took the words right out of my mouth. GG dress was TOTALLY a Sophia Loren dress. I think tonight's dress is another example. I'm getting the sense that she is dressing to "old." This dress would look great on a Helen Mirren or Ellen Barkin.

So much better than the Golden Globes! She looks young and sultry instead of like she accidentally wore Sophia Loren's dress. Love the way the dress fits her body and chest (her GG dress made her tummy look big) and the fun little fringe like things on her straps.
