Alexis Bledel showed off her baby blues tonight wearing a silk and lace Opening Ceremony cobalt dress. For a quirky cute touch, the Post Grad star dressed her feet with a pair of bright orange and light gray patent leather sandals by Loeffler Randall. Of course, I love it — she stepped out of the sexy mini dress box — do you?

Hate it. I saw her makeup (bellasugar) and I thought she looked good, but I could not see her outfit. It is so ridiculous.

That dress does NOT fit her...it looks like a sack. And I hate her shoes. She's a very pretty girl, but this is not a good look.

the shoes don't work with the dress! the dress is very detailed and has volume, a simpler peep-toe or sandal would've kept the look from being too frumpy and would've highlighted the dress more. however, the orange and white sandal alexis chose look a little clunky with the shape of the dress and the color distracts and competes with the look.

She looks amazing. I think that this oufit shows Bledel's innate fashion sense and her ability to try something different. I would never have thought to put those shoes with that dress, but the combo looks great on her. That dress with her eyes is perfection!

lewutia, she is 28? WOW you;re right she looks so young! She is one of my FAVES. She is beyond beautiful. Those eyes.....like big blue marbles. Not a *huge* fan of the dress. the shoes are wicked though with something else. and i agree with poster above, at least she looks clean and classy and not dressed like slutty Miley

I'm on the fence with this one. Love the color and the shoes...but I think the pattern and the silhouette overwhelm her. I think her frame is a wee bit on the small side for it.

I hate this colour blue in dresses (don't know why, it just doesn't appeal to me) and I think it's an ugly dress, regardless of which colour it was in. I like her hair and makeup, and her shoes though.

ok; I love this girl and I think she is gorgeous and has amazing eyes; the color of the dress is beautiful and looks great on her; the top of the dress is fabulous; and the colors of the shoes with the color of the dress are awesomely modern. but...the bottom half of the dress is just awful and not flattering; and the shoes are just so terribly chunky and make her feet look stumpy and big. sorry to be mean...
