1Victoria. but it was a close None. That lose armpit business is not attractive and i don't like it, but that skirt on Kate (the hem mostly) is kind of barfy. And doesn't go with her outfit at all.
2Victoria - Kate looks like she was trying to do what she always does 1/2 goth and half something else. Victoria looks pulled together and sophisticated with her slick ensemble.
3Kate- she's got the industrial look going- that other chick looks like a stick with shoulder pads
