I can't possibly say how much I've been loving Rumer's more polished look as of late. She keeps it just a bit quirky with one or two unexpected pieces, then reels in the rest of the look. Which is SUCH an improvement from her all-over-the-place look before!

she looks SO much better with less makeup! and without the weird mugging for the cameras and posing. now she actually looks pretty because she's not trying so hard. and she doesn't look like she had anything done to her face.

So I have a fashion related question. How does one wear these pencil/mini skirts that are bandage style and tuck in a shirt without have the shirt gather under the skirt? So simply saying how do you avoid the shirt marks or folding to show?
