Notice how the beaded detail kept the attention up top while sky-high satin platform pumps honed in her sass factor. A black satin clutch and adorable messy fishtail braid completed her look. Some of the comments about Rumer are just plain nasty, she can't help the way she looks, I for one think she is really pretty in an unusual way

I think she finally landed on a good hair color, but the style still isn't working for me. Her dress looks like something she found in the back of Demi's closet. Not all that flattering.

I really like this dress! I appreciate at least one of the ladies dressing appropriately for a show that is targeted for a young audience. Not too short or showing a ton of boob. Well done, Rumor! :-)

This girl would not have gotten anywhere without her parents being who they are. To say what I want to say, I'd have to be really really nasty, and I don't want to do that. So I'll just say I hate the dress.

Her hair colour's really nice, plus I think she's pretty in an unconventional way, like Sarah Jessica Parker.

poor thing. she just has no hope of looking good from the neck up. she has a nice figure, but INSISTS on putting the focus on her face. she should try the plunging neckline and a hairstyle like veronica lake had (hair sweeping over half her face).

I do applaud doing something different with the hair but I don't like the messy fishtail braid. It just looks like one massively big hanging dread lock or something lol. I don't know I'm not 2 excited about the overall look. I don't like the fit of the dress. It seems 2 be bunching slightly on her stomach, almost giving an appearance of a pouch, but that could just be the picture. I think she should have worn a different dress though. She's the kind of girl that I think could pull of taking many fashion risks and this was more on the safe side in my opinion. She has done several looks with her hair now its time for her to translate that same fearlessness into her dressing
