The sheer deep v-neck adds the perfect dose of sexy to her cute vibe, and I heart the Navajo-inspired tasseled belt. A simple black clutch and dazzling statement ring top off her getup – what say you?

I like the top part of the dress, and the color is gorgeous. But the tassel belt thing is horrible.

she's one of the few that look just perfectly fab for this event! her look is fun and perfect for the teen choice awards! the color is fresh and pairing it with closed toe pumps and wearing her hair down keep the look from being way too sexy. i agree with fab, the sheerness in the top add a hint of sexy. overall, the look is great!

She just does not have the proportions to pull it off. It would look better on someone curvier IMO

It bothers me that I can't see the intricate necklace under that unwieldy mass of hair. Because of that, I think it makes her look short-waisted and the skirt is adding unnecessary poundage to her lower half. With better styling, it could have worked.

I think people judge her not on how she looks. I think thats lame! She looks great, any person with a sense of fashion taste kowns it. Great dress..... LOve it!! LOVEEEEEEEE it!

What's going on in the left picture on the side right of her dress?!?! Looks like shes smuggling a rock in there. I don't know. I'm not a fan of the dress. The top portion just looks very cheap to me for some reason. The color is great on her though and her hair looks great and her makeup is nice. I don't like the shoe with the dress. I don't know if the shoes looked better together with the dress in person but photographed it just looks off. Like a faded old pair of shoes.
