Back-to-school might be a couple months away, but Target's already gearing up for the upcoming season. For Fall '09 accessories, the retailer focused on texture and sleek embellishments such as suede shoes made in a rainbow of colors and clutches decorated with zany zippers. The collection isn't over the top, which I like, and the prices are right — ranging from $10 to $40. I already have the jeweled cuff and Wang-ish red clutch on my list, and I'm also smitten with this purple tube scarf. Definitely something to look forward to when the days get shorter and the nights get longer . . .
