Sneak Peek! Lerario Beatriz, Spring '10
In another life, I would have been a forest nymph roaming the earth in an array of floaty chiffon, glittery eyes, and diaphanous wings. Sigh. For now, I'll just daydream in Lerario Beatriz's supernatural Spring '10 collection. For the upcoming season, the Brazilian designer – who's had past stints at Marc Jacobs and TSE — supplied us with an ethereal line inspired by overgrown gardens in the 1900s. Her soft patterns and hues of gray, apricot, mauve, and emerald green convey the ultimate serene setting. The floaty, feminine silhouettes are so flattering, and I'm smitten with her handmade embellishments. A magical, modern fairytale.
