Is it me or does Katie Cassidy wear some darn interesting things? This Talbot Runhof mother-of-pearl iridescent short-sleeve cocktail dress, with a drape detail at the waist and foiled accents at the hem and shoulder, is one of the most unique frocks of the night. And I spy a messy Alexander Wang braid. Does this work?

The hair is terrible. Although I will say, I like that it has VOLUME...as opposed to the flat look on Melrose Place. Much more flattering here, but the fuzzy fake braid must go.

the more i look, the more i like. she is definitely not playing it safe, and i have to give her props for that! i don't really care for the braid and the fringe together...maybe just one or the other.

Honestly if the dress was just minus the photo negative explosion on the shoulder and hem, it would have been so much better. The hair is enough of a change to make it look young and cute without being too crazy
