I nominate her for Worst Dressed. The sad thing is, it's not a bad dress. Its just not right on her figure. I hate to say it, but I think it'll look better on a thinner girl, with no curves, a blazer and no tights.

sequins and rhinestones are so of-the-moment, yet this dress looks outdated. usually find her adorable, even when she is a bit heavier, but sadly this is also so unflattering.
