15I love it! Cut-out or not; I think it's different and fun and flattering; the metallic shine and the silver color go really well with her skin tone and hair color. I don't usually like cut-outs, but this one does actually look more like a ribbon which I think makes it really prettier (I probably would like it even more had it actually been a ribbon in that color - it's a simple yet, in my opinion, spectacular touch)...
