Leighton Meester has been known to push the fashion envelope every so often, so when we spotted her wearing this unique Preen dress at the Nylon Mexico launch party we had to dish. Her bedazzled LBD has an interesting mesh overlay and corset-like panel running across the chest. For adornments, the Gossip Girl chose a multi-colored bracelet by House of Lavande, a stingray barrel clutch by Cecelia, and a pair of strappy black sandals.
