Miley went for a serious rockin' look tonight complete with a teensy Haute Hippie sequin mini, white Hanes beater, and loads of Loree Rodkin chains. The skirt is a tad short for my taste, and the chain harness is cluttered by the chain belt, but her black suede Louboutins are velvety perfection. Thoughts?

there are soo many ppl in this comment thing that are right about miley she is a sixteen yr old dressing like shes twenty one. but some ppl do need to cut her some slack she does need to experiment a lil but there is a thin line here i mean ppl cant say shes too young for long. and besides i bet when you were 16 you tried to be sexy but then you got past that phase b/c some one said something or you noticed something wasnt right. so i think thats all she needs is some one special or somthing special like that too happen or she'll end up like lindsey lohan or paris hilton or vanessa. so yeah other than that she looks cute and knows her clothes but some needs to tell her about her eyebrows. ps someone told me you could see her lacey black bra through that white shirt and they are rightt ! shame on miley

the nice thing about being younger is you can try different trends, but i think she has too much going on in the same outfit. really, i've learned its best to keep it simple and play up only some of your look to keep it interesting without look bombarded by trends. this look would've worked if: 1) she got rid of the belt and got rid of some of the shorter necklaces she wore (like the cross) OR 2) she kept the white tank, the sequin skirt, simple necklace and sexy black shoes - caged or peep toe booties

So she wanted to wear a mini? So what? She's sixteen and she wore a mini skirt and white tank top to an event. I think it's fine. She obviously has the legs for it.

I don't really like the outfit - too many chains - but I think overall, it's fine. She usually gets called out for wearing stuff too old for her, so it's good to see her dressing her age. The mini skirt is fine, she's got the legs for it, should rock it while she can.
