I always appreciate a dose of the exotic on the red carpet and Padma Lakshmi delivers. Her draped purple gown with red flower detail is gorgeous — the knotted, barely there sleeves are awesome. Her ruby earrings — no doubt from her jewelry collection — are fab-u-lous. Thoughts?

Love the earrings, but the flower detail ruins the dress.

I lovethe idea. Like everyone else said the flowers are bad. Get rid of them. And the hair is a bit much too for it.

where to begin. the only nice thing that i can say about this is the color is really pretty. otherwise, i'm not a fan. i don't think that it fits her well and i think that there's too much going on .

Like this dress, but does it look to anybody else like (sorry, tried to come up with a delicate way to put this and failed) it's squeezed her so tight that she's popped and is losing some internal organs? Gross image, I know, but that's really what it looks like to me.

She should ditch the flowers, which I think might be the reason the midsection of the dress is so ill-fitting. I love the shoulders and color, though. Her hair also looks great.

She looks pregnant, anyone know? If not, this dress is a celeb's nightmare. This lady is so skinny, she should not look pregnant in a dress. I also don't like the weird knotty straps, the wrinkles and the big flowers.
